Quizzes
What are the quizzes?
We have designed multiple-choice quizzes for children to do as part of their homework or to help review prior learning. We have used Microsoft Forms to design the quizzes and the results are available instantly to children and adults.
Why do we use multiple choice quizzes?
Research suggests that one of the most effective way to learn more is to review what has previously been taught. At Courthouse we regularly review prior learning to help children learn more and do more. Quizzes are a simple and effective way to do this.
What quizzes should I do?
Children can do all the quizzes from the previous term or the previous year group you have been in. Each quiz can be completed as many times as you like.
What do we do with the results?
Teachers look at the patterns in the results and adapt their plans as necessary. We don't use the results to grade children or keep track of individuals results.
