Nice website. Fond and happy memories of the best junior school in Maidenhead. What could you of asked more of? We had a swimming pool, loads of football pitches, 2 floor school, large courtyards to play in, and even bushes to hide in ! I was there from 1980 to 1984, and i will never forget it. Keep going strong Courthouse!

hi, my dad was the caretaker for many years and we lived in the house on the grounds as well as going to the school. i have happy memories of my time there. summers picking fruit in the fiels,playing in the pool and bonfire nights with all the staff.
mr collins was the head and mr montgomery was the deputy.
id love to hear from any one who remembers us and the geese!! ha

Then again its pretty much all changinged since I was in year 3, 4 years ago.
Mr. Montgomery left,
Miss Grierson left on maternity, and is now in Year 3,
Miss Ward left,
Miss Masters retired from choir/orchesra
Mrs Bradshaw moved to Iceland,
Miss Greenwood moved to tour the country,
the school secutary was replaced by another, and then Mrs. Rutherland,
yer so all sorts of things have changed.
And of course, Mr. Brooks has left his role as head teacher after many years at the fantastic school.
Unlike my mate Tirion, who's comment is below, I was the last of our family, so I now have little contact with the school. But I hope all is well and good luck to the school in the future.
